Ps4 game stuck preparing to download

Once it was done preparing it took only a couple of minutes to download and install, but I want to know why it is taking so long to prepare and if there is anything that can be done to speed this up.

Deleting the update, redownloading does not fix it and the system firmware is the latest version. What can I do?
